Whats A Good Graphics Editor For Solaris 10 ?

I've just download Solaris from Sun Download Center. I also installed it. But I need to do some artwork with photoshop. I don't have any graphic edior for this Operating System. I don't know what to do next, Does anyone know anyway to run a Win App on Solaris or a good Graphic Editor for Solaris?

Try GIMP - it's free and it has many functions like photoshop, and even similar interface, you will find version for Solaris here! good luck!

Well, I got Photoshop 6 working in gentoo linux ... still face some hiccups, like it hanging sometimes and some toolbar problems, but I'm getting around and it beats rebooting to Windows everytime.I just installed wine and installed the setup file using 'wine setup.exe'. I've tried with 9 and 8 but they just didn't work. Anyways, 6 is fine for me.

you can try Krita, which is part of KOffice, or as others say, try GIMP!

Gimp is your best bet. If you need 3D work, try https://www.blender.org/. They have a solaris port of their system. Again it is free and open source.I used to have a decent illistrator program written for Solaris 8 that we used in house, but I don't think I have a copy any more...
