Internal Server Error 500 Internal Server Error

I got the following error page when trying to access cpaanel and my cgi-bin:

Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@coolbusinessideas.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is something wrong with my account? Should I wait for the webmasters to correct this? I need to access my cgi-bin quite urgently.

I was having the same problem today apart from the error code.. Instead of "404 Not Found" it was "403 Forbidden". Now it works fine.

The CGI bin, just needs to be chmoded properly

cPanel, I believe theres been a problem with that, connect like

http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

And youll get in just the same.

Ha ! Just checked my cpanel... got the same problem as jcguy again!Now, with 2082 port it works without any problems.

Thanks for the info! I really appreciate your help. Now, however, my entire site is not accessible. It gives the same 500 Internal Server Error, even if I surf to my homepage and not my cgi-bin. See it here: http://www.coolbusinessideas.com/.

chmod, public_html to 777 and it should work, it happens sometimes that it gets a little scoobied but that should fix it.
