grim reaper1666 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 another way to show desktop if the icon has gone missing is to right click on the taskbar and the option is in there. which also in my opninon means that you don't need to reinstall windows to get that back. i never even knew abour show desktop until i accidently right clicked the taskbar after my mouse got stuck under a piece of cardboard. just goes to show what accidents can teach you, i do like being able to put the show desktop icon back in as well because it is something which is useful for quickly getting to the desktop to open a program. thanks for the information it should prove useful in the future.
