Security Forum? Requesting for one

I don't like the idea of a security forum too much as illegal tools ect may be brought to the forum. You can still talk about security in the appropriate forums (eg creating a tutorial for telling users how to setup a good firewall?), i dont know what you are interested in so just be creative with the ways you post seccurity related topics in the appropriate forums.
