Soleq 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2005 Oh, this is an easy question. Since I use Macs, my ftp client of choice has been Fetch since day one. Even back 10 years ago when I first connected to the internet, Fetch has been there. Sure, I've tried others that claim "true Finder-like interface," but none have been as solid as Fetch.I suppose one day a better client will come about. Until then, I'll be sticking with my brown dog of a client.

Krewz 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 I currently use AceFTP 3, but it's starting to get annoying, I'm not sure if this is just AceFTP but it scrolls really slow on any folder on my computer :S I used to use CuteFTP but my trial ran out.
amkint 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 ws_ftp is what i use but i like cuteftp and smartftp.. but hey any ftp software is good enough.. its a small program anyways.
boten 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 I always used CuteFTP and it was great. After I changed my connection from ISDN (don't laugh) to Cable-modem, CuteFTP takes a loooong time to load and present the connect dialog. I recently tried the built-in FTP in TotalCommander and it is really fast.
miranda 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 My favourites are cuteFTP (http://download.cnet.com/s/cuteftp/+) and download explorer (http://download.cnet.com/s/ftp-explorer/+). You can get them both on a trial basis at download.com (see links above). I've tried a lot of different ftp clients, and these are the easiest to use.
