There are many different business that work in what you are calling the property field, including real estate sales, and businesses that deal with running title checks to make sure the property has no leans or back taxes against it, to companies that give property estimates on what your place is worth, companies that do survey work to establish property lines in cases of dispute, and lots of other things too.
