rpgsearcherz 5 Report post Posted November 12, 2012 You'd set the Joomla site up the same as any other site -- copy the files over to the hosting account, then just visit the Index and go through the install process. You'll need to make a database on the host first (which is different depending on what WHM software they're using).As for the second question, I have no idea what you're asking. tritesh 1 Report post Posted December 10, 2012 You can Install Joomla On Windows (Any Version) using "Web Platform Installer". For that first you need to download "joomla.exe" from http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ by clicking on green colored "Install Now" button. After downloading file double click that file to execute. Now, installer will directs you step by step for Joomla installation. And for your second query, I am really confused. Moreover, if you are talking about setting writing permission for files and folders to all user group. Yes, it is highly compromise with your website security.
