Can someone please tell me the exact name of the law or Act of Parliment that states In the city of York it is legal to murder a Scotsman within the ancient city walls, but only if he is carrying a bow and arrow . Sorry to be exact but need it for my college work

you seem to have a hang up with the Scots i do not believe any law even existed its like the law that said you have to let a Scottish person into your house to use the toilet. And any law to murder a Scottish Person would of applied to England as a whole and not just the city of york.
