Drupal 7.0 Upgrade

Recommended Posts

About 2 months ago, I upgraded my Drupal website from 6.0 to 7.0. Visiting the website a few days ago, I noticed that it had reverted back to the old Drupal. Also, in an attempt to re-uprage the drupal theme, I'm receiving this message: You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases. Fantastico can not proceed with installations until you upgrade your account or reduce the number of used databases (for example by uninstalling a script). So, I deleted those database that had been sitting there but not in use. But I still get this message. Any help would be appreciated.
