Well i don't mean it in that sense, I mean like why is it that I have to have 10 approved posts by an admin before I can ask for a banner request?and ive posted on here like 5xs already lol yet it still says im at 0

On some of the boards you have to have approval because there were probably issues of those particular areas being spammed or trolled, so your posts are monitored more. Also, those areas might accumulate more myCents points than the other general areas that don't require any approval.

And it takes the system itself a while to update. If you think about the large database of users and other information in it, and the lines of codes, it's doing quite a bit of work.
