Xarex 1 Report post Posted April 4, 2011 Either the RAM wasn't place in there right or you might try changing slots to test and see if the RAM works. Ensure that the computer is off when doing this and you may have to restart once or twice for it to be recognized, though normally it should detect it right in the beginning.
