Dear sam suwat,

I regret to tell you that we have suspended your hosting account speedgalleria.com. We suspended your hosting account because we received phishing complaint about your website from RSA Security. RSA Security found the phishing content in your website at the below location :

I tried to fix this by myself but cannot at all because I cannot login to CPANEL,

and today just got answer back from Xisto - Web Hosting.com as

Dear sam suwat,

Thank you for contacting Xisto - Web Hosting.com. I apologize for delay in reply and inconvenience caused.

You are not able to login to cPanel because your account is suspended due to phishing content complaint from RSA security. We checked your account and we found that many of your website folders have been compromised due to insecure permmsions(i.e. 777 permission). Your account is hosted on shared hosting server and due to this insecure permission, it is creating problems for our shared hosting server. Kidly switch your hosting plan to VPS server. Once you upgrade your hosting plan to VPS server, then no any other user can access any file and folder of your account.

Feel free to update this ticket if you have any further questions or queries regarding this issue.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Regards,

You don't need a VPS in terms of space, bandwidth or processing power. The complain from Xisto - Web Hosting is that your site appears to breach the terms and conditions of your hosting, as you are hosting illegal phishing content on your website. Being on shared hosting, that puts everyone at risk. If you switch to VPS then you are running your website inside its own separate virtual server, so there is no way your phishing content could affect anyone else's sites. However, I would strongly advise you remove the phishing content as it is against the law pretty much everywhere, and carries a lengthy prison sentence in most countries.

Boy I hope I never get a message like this about my site! I have absolutly no idea what any of this means. What is VPS?I do understand about phishing, that's scammers trying to get your personal information so they can in some way take advantage of you, right? But say you were starting some kind of club or organization online and requested certain information from people before you let them join, or for that matter, what if I wanted to check information or the background of someone interested in buying a puppy to see if they would be a good pet owner, how could you do any of this without it being considered phishing?
