Quote of the second post of this topic:

if you are going to continue to spam, you might as well do it in the right category. this is like the 10th post i noticed in the wrong category

Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the friendly warning. If this message is true this is something to give attention to if the occasion occurs and if a next topic will be started.

Advice appreciated

In stead of posting criticism it will be appreciated when the right section is pointed out. This means the topic can be removed to the proper section. A simple criticism and negative comment doesn't solve the problem very much. Just pointing at an assumed mistake doesn't need to be considered to be very helpfull to keep the forum agreeable to most of the visitors and members.

Lenght of the topic start

If the comment in the post under the start post of the topic is true this means the topic start would be a spam post consisting of 975 words. Probably it can be said that would be a record. A topic start of 975 words that is spam could be rewarded of being spam with a lot of words if the second post is true.

Something else can be said about the comment too. The topic start deals with a subject. A theory is shown. Some internet events and examples are mentioned and described to make the topic clear. The gathered information is used to make a conclusion. This conclusion opens a door to a second conclusion. This two conclusion don't seem to be very obvious. This can be seen because of the high amount of topics people start about ways to earn money onlin fast and with the question about making money online in an easy way. The conclusions offer opinions that seem to be contrary to the common belief. In this case the common belief seems to be that there are easy ways to become rich very fast. This common opinion is believed to be a mistake in the sight of the topic start. This subject deals with a topic lots of people are interested in. The topic tries to explain some events and actions of the internet. And the topic tries to help people to understand some actions that can be seen on the internet. What is described in the topic start is for a big part common knowledge. The examples can be considered to be simple. The list of these examples is not found on this forum before. In this perspective this topic is unique. And a simple list of well known activities can help to make the opinion about this topic clear. More or less for this reason the content of the topic start is build the way it arrives on the forum.

One of the good points of giving an explanation of the topic and the post is that it earns posts. And maybe it helps somebody to understand the topic and the content of the topic start. However, giving critics about the section the topic is put in and giving a negative reaction to the topic start like calling it spam is off topic. This doesn't contribute to the discussion that is named in the topic start. And such a comment doesn't seem to contribute to more understanding of the observed activities and other notions about the internet and the topic.

Actually such comments distract the attention from the topic and the subject that the topic talks about. In such a way such a comment can be seen like trolling, a trial to spoil the topic, an attempt to spoil the fun other members and some visitors might get from the forum and a way to bring the forum down. It can be discussed that such a behaviour on the forum can be adviced to be avoided. It is very much a question if a comment like the above comment can be seen like a quality post. Compared to the topic start the topic is discussed, some examples are mentioned and out of this gathered content some conclusions are drawn. The comment to the topic start doesn't give information about the back ground and the reasons of the content of the comment. This means the negative comment can be seen like useless. And a useless comment doesn't contribute to the quality of the forum.

Result

In another topic somebody tells that the amount of myCents is influenced by the amount of reactions in a topic. This seems to be false information. It seems myCents are rewarded before the comments to a topic start are posted. If the information is true it might lead to a situation in which a member earns myCents without doing something but the comments of other people add to the amount of gained myCents.

If the information of the influence of the amount of myCents is influenced by the amount of posts in a comment this leads to an appreciaton of each and every post in the thread and the topic. And for that reason the second post is appreciated too.

There are several more reasons for appreciaton of the effort of posting a comment to a topic start. Another reason for appreciaton is that the negative comment gives the opportunity to write a post with an explanation about the topic and the meanings of the topic. A different reason is that a negative comment points out in what part the topic seems to be unclear to one of the members of the forum. A negative comment can help to improve the qualities of topics and posts. For these pounderings some kind of feed back can be usefull for topic starters of the topic. On the other hand some members complain about the very low amount of topics to reply too. In such a light every attempt that is made to increase the amount of topics where other members can react upon can be seen like usefull for the forum community.
