Once you login to your account you will be able to see daily stats clearly. But its no match to Google adsense. Relevant ads may not appear. But google adsense will match the content of your site, thus making it more attractive to visitors to click those ads. Adhearus, most of the time displays its default ad that belittle other ads which Google TOS hates. If you are planning to apply adsense sometime later, it may be better for you not to apply for adhearus... another contextual ad is chitika dot com, this is even below adhearus. 0.3 cents per click. 1st Edit : Payment method, they will only pay you through check as far as I know. For Adhearus, the minimum amount required to accumulate for payment is is 20USD while Google adsense is 100USD. Meaning they will mail you a check when your money sum upto those respective amount.
