Searching the internet I came to know about this software. One of the easiest way that a newbie can easily make a wordpress themes, websites, Durpal themes, and of course Joomla.

It is one of the application that I found more easier than creating the website using frontpage.

But this software is not for the professional ones [ I realised ].

Artisteer 2.1 sounds quite nice for designing template of Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal and other normal website theme. Unfortunately, It cost huge ($129.95). It is better to desing yourself reading different tutorial found on the internet. If you starter to wordpress just you can try wordpress generator.
