[by the looks of it the Wireless internet icon is custom from a program.]You can check out [http://www.deviantart.com/] for some icons or tutorials on this. Even if you can change, I do not think it will be as simple as changing the image in a particular location in windows.Most of the time, these are very specific changes which will happen in DLL's as it is part of the the Core parts of the OS. BUt still you should try and ask this question to any of the windows hackers. They might know.... because i have seen some applications (say for examples, some of the windows themes... ) that changes these default windows icons to flashy ones. So.. those hackers might be able to help you. You might have to post this question in those forums. You can also give a try by posting in Technet - the Microsoft forum, where you will have so many certified professionals and they will be able to guide you better.
