The Server Is Too Busy To Handle Your Request

The error returned was:
Sorry, the server is too busy to handle your request, please try again in a moment

I get this error now just after Nik from support unbanned my College PCs IP. I am using an Admin account and my forum says the error above. It was doing this when I tried using a proxy...any help would be greatly appreciated.

There must be a human error when settings up the domain or hosting, Or if not you are under a ddos attack thats the only reasons I can think off.
