Did you figure it out? I don't understand the question. What kind of an exe file are you trying to make? It's been a long time since I've used 95.

Generally speaking, .EXE (executable) files are written using a programming language, such as C++ or Visual Basic. Once written, they then need to be compilled into a form that computers can understand. Depending on the type of program to be written, this can be an easy process, or a real nightmare. At least, for me, it's been that way.
