My Site Isn't Working At My Main Ip Address

I am unable to access my site on my main IP address (Home computer.) It seems when I switch over to another IP address, or access the site via a different computer at a different location, my sites are all working fine. I'm beginning to suspect that my IP might have been blocked due to failed Cpanel attempts. I'm not quite sure if this is the case, but I've read on Xisto regarding a similar case, that their IP address had been blocked due to failed cpanel logins. Anybody else experiencing this, or, yet again, does this seem to be a problem of my IP being blocked?

Check the status of your IP at https://support.xisto.com/ by writing a Support Ticket explaining exactly as you have done here.
Link to this Topic might be easier for them to work with. Not sure, but they will be able to release any IP Block that is in place.
