Please Help To Resolve This Problem In Of Windows

Dear friends out there good evening.?My problem is very simple I think. While using MS Word or MS Excel as soon as? I click the open option in the file menu it shows my documents directory in the look in section. Please can anyone help to resolve this problem as I would like it to show some other folder in the look in option. Is it possible if so how?
