Css Page Help I am going Bonkers here

Okay Page is up and most errors have been taken care of but I am having a problem with CSS and my Background and blocks, not showing up. yes they are in images. it works fine before I upload then but once I have it on the site. Echoofthunder.com the background is all black. Still looks nice and I am kinda happy with how it looks as it is, but well I am a bit of a perfectionist at times. Any help or ideas anyone?

Do you have hotlinking protection enabled? If so, maybe consider rechecking the settings? If not, then i find it odd that i am getting a 403 error when attempting to access the background image. Concerning the "blocks," do you mean the background images for them too (assuming we're talking about the blocktitle class and perhaps certain links)? If so, then do likewise as i mentioned previously. If not, then i don't understand what you mean concerning the "blocks."

try changing the Url for the Images to "./images.pageback.jpg" instead of "images.pageback.jpg" to indicate a relative address.
