Saint_Michael 3 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 Are you sure you made sure you type in your password correctly? Also are you using your forum login to access your Cpanel as well? Also you an change your cpanel by logging into https://support.xisto.com/ and then select Change your Cpanel Password, it will cost you 10 credits to change the passwords. Kubi 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 Make sure once you've been approved for hosting you go to https://support.xisto.com/ and create your account, this isn't automated so you have to create it yourself. Make sure you use all the same information you posted in your request. Also, make sure your account is set up properly by using https://support.xisto.com/. If not you'll need to contact an administrator. If you've simple forgotten your password you'll need to change it, this will cost 10 credits however. Make sure you're using the appropriate caps, they do count. Also, when requesting support please make sure you give us a link to your website.

truefusion 3 Report post Posted April 11, 2008 kubi thanks for the help but like evreyone here it didnt help and i dont got a website yet since i cant log in my c panel also one more thing do i have to type in m spartan w as my login and my forum password. ty if you replyCurrently, your C-panel username is different than that of your forum username. I'm not sure if you used the same password for the c-panel as you did for the Xisto forums, but if you did, then, yes, you would use that password. It seems that you're in the hosted group, so the activation process must have gone well.

If you have ten credits, you can reset your C-panel password here: https://support.xisto.com/

Kubi 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2008 As I said before - when requestion support please give us a link to your website or website request. Also, since you say you don't have hosting it seems to me like you didn't go to Xisto.com/process and activate your account. Again, please check your installation configuration and see if there are any errors.
