Can I prepay the whole plan for one year meaning I pay 34.40$ up front. (I got a 50$ visa gift card for xmas so I was going to use that.)2. Is warez allowed on Xisto - Web Hosting sites? 3. Usually u can as much as u want but you need to have proper space for the hosting each,so its upto you.4. That depends if u have any commercial product or site service then it should be reported to taxservice,if u want to host blog or advice or design stuff then there is no need.Hope it helps.
