nadazy 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2007 I just got my Free Web Hosting Request #1 approved. I linked to the https://support.xisto.com/ according to the mail the Admin sent to me, and created a hosting account. When I clicked "check your configuration installation", it appeared the information following. YOUR MEMBER GROUP IS NOT [HOSTED]! AS A RESULT YOUR DOMAIN WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. YOUR CREDITS SYSTEM IS IN STAGE 1. THIS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Credit System Stage 1 Check .... Failed. YOUR CREDITS ARE BELOW 0! Your account will be suspended within a day.. Please collect more credits.. Credit System Stage 3 Check ... Passed! YOUR CPANEL INFORMATION IN THE FORUMS IS INCORRECT. THIS WILL LEAD TO TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. Errors Found! Contact System Administrator immediately. ( support@xisto.com ) Mention your complete site address, Server name, Forum Details (including Link to your forum username). I am wondering why we have to set up so many username and password instead of just one? How to use this Center, is there any detailed instruction as Forum Readme? Now I don't know how to use my hosting account center. Or I am not sure how to continue after getting hosting request approved. It seems that not only me encountered this problem. Who can help me? Thanks!
rvalkass 5 Report post Posted November 15, 2007 You are not in the hosted member group, which means that when you created your account something went wrong. Did you get any errors when you created your hosting account (the first link on the process page)? If so, can you remember what they were?I get the feeling that you never actually created a hosting account, but went straight for the last link (checking things worked). After you are approved, you need to go through the actual process to set up your account. These instructions should help you out.
nadazy 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2007 The tutorial does make sense, I have created hosting account properlly. Thanks very much for your help. Is there any tutorial for using cPanel?
BuffaloHelp 24 Report post Posted November 16, 2007 There is not a proper tutorial for cpanel except what are listed in your cpanel. Visit the tutorial section.Instead of performing a whole, generic tutorial of cpanel just ask a question (search first) on "how to or how do I use/do this...?" and the replies can be more tailored to your situation. This topic is resolved and now closed. Please permit only one topic of conversation at a time.
