Suspended Account

My account has been suspended because I had negative credits, so I decided to purchase a 6 months credits package. My transaction went smooth and money got deducted but I'm still waiting for those credits to show up. Site page saying "account suspended".

It may take a couple days for you to recieve your credits. As it's done my hand. Also - you'll have to wait till the WHM script runs - once it sees that you have possitive hosting credits will will re-activate your account. If you don't get an email or your credits within the week I suggest emailing sales@xisto.com.
