Can't Enter With Ftp Account Help

I can't enter with the FTP .. note that I use GlobalSCAPE-CuteFTP 7.1 Professional and when I try to enter it shows me this error message:

it's a "socket error = #10054", upon enlargement, jlhaslip.

the problem wasn't fixed, I tried other software FlashFXP and FileZilla they show me this msg:

Error: Can't resolve host nameError: Unable to connect!

I thing that cause of the server reboot according to the globalscape article.. anyway no problem I'll use the File Manager, thanks.
