Ftp And Phpnuke Problems ftp delete not working

ok when i log into my cpanel it is showing that i have used all 20mb of my space, this is because i tried to install phpnuke from fantastico and didnt realise it was over 20mb untill after, but when i go into the file manager and try to delete folders/files it doesnt work just says timeout error even hough it does it instantly. i have tried chmoing but no joy

In fantastico go to the phpnuke category, ther you'll find the installed details of phpNuke. There you will find a link to remove the current installlation, click on that and and accept the confirmation, your phpNuke installation and the database created for it will be automatically removed.

Dear nutsnvolks if you install phpnuke via fantastico , you must unistall it form fantastico , i agree delivi .delete files and folders with ftp and remove mysql database with username and password in cpanel mysql part
