This morning the "Godfather of Soul" James Brown passed away form unknown complications of pneumonia this morning.

His status as a singer are legendary

-Won several Grammy's (Made in America)
-one of the first to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
-Was in several movies (Rocky IV, Blues Brothers)
-Influenced many people in their careers

Was a big fan of his old stuff he will be sorely missed by those who knew him best through his music.

So I guess he isn't signing "I Feel Good..." this morning as he wakes up?On the other hand, the misses says he be signing that song forevvvvvver mornin' time...

Horrible. And on Christmas of all days... so very sad. I feel badly for his family!

He just had a live performance on Friday. It is really sad but he was kinda old so he was in the hospital a few times. I guess it was his time to pass away and remember all the great times he had.
