Yes, those are stupid questions. I just would like to know how I can upload scripts to my site and how to edit the HTML of my boards. Thanks in advance for any help!

To upload your scripts to your site use an ftp client or cpanels file manager.Your Default password and username for your ftp account should be the same as your cpanel password and username.Editing the html of your board is editing the html of your skin/theme file, with ipb your skin files can be edited through the admin control panel, however I am unsure whether you use ipb or another board as you did a two liner and didn't explain yourself properly.
