Army System.. Restarted Me! um what happened?

I just logged into my army system and it is telling me that I restarted my army and I just went from 67 (last night) to 129 now and it took all my money away and now I have less guys and all this crap. What is going on?

Just must of accidently clicked the restard button in the beginning. I did that.And it was suddenly asking me what I would like to choose or something...likeelfs or human.So I chose elves...and EVERY THIING restarted.. I was NOT very happy
