I Can't Find A Place In Google Earth... HELP

Hey, I downloaded Google earth but my city Giresun on the map.I'm from Turkey by the way! But I live in America...so, anyone can tell me why I can't see my city or my old city...

I found it quite easily. Just type in 'Giresun, turkey' and it should go straight there. The map resolution is not terribly good, but at least it is listed. When using Google Earth, usually you should enter the country as well as the city.
