Error Message not sure if it is because of trap17 or me

Ok i am getting an error message when i go on my site, i was on it then reloaded and got it, didnt modifiy anything here it is:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/bkag/public_html/Shop/includes/functions/database.php on line 19Unable to connect to database server!

Any explanations would be greatly appriciated

That message would seem to indicate that MySQL is down on the server.You may have also provided invalid MySQL connection information.

Well it just started working again randomly a few minutes later, did anybody else have a similar problem?

This erre is :1 - Your sql is not working or delete 2 - Your connect to sql is limit for example your site has 100 visitor per 1 second your database must 100 time open for visitorsif your site is very larg and you have many visitor you must buy hosting
