You can have a domain like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ for free upon application for web hosting. You must be hosted with Xisto though in order to get this sub domain. So save up your credits and apply for hosting and you can start your site here. If you wan't an actual domain like yourdomain.com you would have to buy one.

Remember: You have to increase your credits to 10 to get the Package 1 ( 20mb w/ 500mb BW), and increasing it to 30 you can get the Package 2 (150mb w/ 5000mb BW).
