logophobia 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2004 I am trying to upgrade my site to postnuke .75 (so I could install a couple of .75 only modules like better polling etc). I installed a new sql database, made a new user for the database with password and gave him all the permissions. Now when I try to connect to the database with php/sql it simply refuses access. I am using the correct username/password combination. I don't get it. What could I be doing wrong? anyone? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
serverph 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2004 offhand, i think you failed to setup configuration of your DB properly. but we canhelp you better if we can know for sure what error message comes up. perhaps you can provide us with the link to your site/directory. then we can help you better.
