I only browse art, and I have really found some awesome wallpapers and tutorials there. I have never been on their forums and I probably wouldnt care. If you dont like their forums or people then why do you bother surfing them? Theres plenty on that page besides those people, and its a great place for people who are starting, having that type of help will definitely make them better designers in the future.
