saint 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2006 (edited) Life or Death...which is real? which is illusion?Years followed by yearsDays followed by daysHours by hoursMinutes by minutesSeconds by secondsTime passes. Stop to think, if you can.Where the point is.What the point isto this endless constancy. Is it to see the Earth rise up out of the horizonof the moon?We have done that.Is it to master the miracles of science, defy theglory of Mother Nature? We have done that.Is it to contact the ends of the earth, from thedeep sea cables? We have done that.Or is it to reproduce the master race? Fill thisEarth with humans and eradicate other species? We have done that. So What is the point of the endless constancy? To live and live?To die. There is no years by yearsNo days by daysNo hours by hoursNo minutes by minutesNo seconds by secondsTime is irrelevantIn death. Life is the illusion,Life is the lieLife is pointlessLife is irrelevantLife passes by. Vikrant 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2006 well both of them are real(life and death). because this the very hard truth of world is jo aaya hai woh jayega. and every starting has its end. its like a movies, in which we have to face happyness, joy, painfull events. life goes as a very simple funda. (live smooth). life starts from bith of child and ends on the death of that human being. in between we do some naughty activities, some mistakes, some social work.so this is true that every strating has its end it means both life and death are real... HoRuS 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2006 Nice text I think they are both real, allthough life is shorter then 'death'. Death is only a human word for passing on to the next realm, in wich we live on.Is not for nothing all old races believed in life after death.Maybe the life we live on Earth is one big dream, who knows
Mermaid711 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2007 Ummm... Intresting views :PI say that death is the lie, because death is the absence of life, and since we don't TRULY know what happens on the other side, so therefore we must enjoy the little and insignificant existance we have, because we don't know. I veiw death as our spirit's and soul's journey to a better place... to live with the God and His Son... The One who we KNOW loves us, and we stay there for eternity.Perhaps death is only an eternal sleep... i have no idea.but I say they are both true, however death is simply the absence of life. cangor 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2007 I'm pretty sure life is real, and you gotta face that fact, but I can see what you're saying. Life is a lot of "illusion" in a sense, but it's certainly not pointless. You may not like it, but you have to face it. Speaking of death as being a refuge is just hiding from life; make the best of life while you're alive, because you'll spend plenty of time in the grave.
