Help Installing Mods On Invision Powerboard

i am trying to install some mods to invision powerboard. This might seem like a really stupid question but i am new to this. It tell me to go to source/codes on certain files to edit them. How do i get to that in the file? Plz Help!

well, in order to install the mod you will need to follow the instructions which are given in the MOD and as you said that you want to make the changes..the best way to do is to use the CPANEL's FILE MANAGER.Once you go into the file manager you have the option to edit the files online and save them!Else download those files which needs to be edited and after making all the changes replace the file with the original one!
