.tk Domain Alternative, No Ads/pop-ups? Anyone Knows? :o please help out..

Does somebody know any free website where I can get and shorter domain without any adds or pop-ups?? It's like if I have website http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and I wan t to get something shorter like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ ( but the .TK now have ads ) So does anybody know any good free site without ads??

I figured you would have seen all the sites about free domains, just go to EuroDNS. https://www.eurodns.com/ I think they still have the deal for free domains ending in .be (Belgium) It is a top level domain for free, no ads or anything. All you have to do is sign up for your domain. I think you can have five for each account.

i think there arent free domans with two or three letters .. only .tk and .be
but remember .be is only for one year ! afther that one year you have to pay to use it.
i wouldnt use any of these...
search around forums, in freebies stuff and you could find some intresting domains.

Ok thanks for advices.. Can you plenoptic please tell me where to registr that .be (Belgium) domain name.. Thanks SqlByte but for my domain i need better with two letters not 4 so it's easyer to remember and don't mistake it..

Besides their own dns names, lots of users have transfered to there their domains and you can use sub-domains of them (around 26,646 domains available).

Try .co.nr but if you want a hosting with FTP and MYSQL access and instant activation visit byethost.com. I have it, its pretty cool. But I really like Xisto as I see the exitement in members.

After you registered the domain you can deactivate the ads.

Or you could buy a domain for less than $10 a year...

It's $10 - most people will spend more on take-away food!!!

 

Anyway, if you do want a completely free domain with no ads, that .be site sounds pretty good.

I clicked on http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and it said this along with a few other things:

"This domain name DAWISS.TK is still available and you can register it now! "

Their domains are free. It takes a few minutes to appear after you have registered. Once your domain appears, log in and look for the "Marketing" section or something like that. You will be given the option to remove the ads on your site. Once you do, give it at the maximum twenty minutes and then check back. Your domain should be ad free. All they ask is that you get 25 visitors to your site within 90 days to keep it.
