-Situation still not resolved. i received this email today after numerous RE's.

Hi Ryan,

Weve had a look at this problem and we couldnt figure out the problem, we passed it on to our firewall support people and they are saying, our firewall is not blocking this IP address all requests to this IP address are being passed through, but we are not getting a response back, which suggests that they are possibly blocking our firewall ip address. You will need to talk to the people who own 69.50.188.18 and ask them if they block IP addresses and for what reasons. We can then liaise with them to try and have our IP address unblocked.

Ok, well if any Moderators but prefibly Admins can have a look at weither you are blocking the UNI area network. . . . .
I persume opaque owns 69.50.188.18 and all the firewall controls?. . . .
If after you've had a look you would like his email adress so you can "Liaise" then PM me.
