Stop Credits "bleeding"

I asked someone to suspend my hosting, but nobody did it.
I let my hosting credits bleed, but they are negative now!

I think this shouldn't happen. After the credits reach zero; the
account should be suspend but credits stop bleeding because I am paying
for no service (no hosting)...

Since you said you are not using the space, why not just terminate the account and reapply when you need it. The reason why admins will not freeze your credits is because you are paying for the reserved space b/w and other server resources. If you terminate your account then they are not reserved for you so your credits are not reduced.

Well, I am using the site now, so no need to terminate it anymore.But how could I terminate my account (if I wanted to)? Let the credits go to -30 or asking an admin?

You can do that or go to https://support.xisto.com/ and choose the option number 4 if you would like to terminate in hurry.

Although, after all of your hard work, why would you want to terminate it? Unless you get it back without needing to get more credits?

did anyone send u any credits. If u askewd people before u went they could have helped you stay out of negatives. I owuld send u some credits but i had to go away for a little and saved up like 20 credits and i have 3 left
