Yes.i would like to start with that because i will have some customs.and i wanna ask:1.if that server will be 99.9% uptime?2.i have no paypal account,if i registed a paypal account, should I need a credit card must? if i registed without the credit card,can i let other send the us$ for me,then i send the money to Xisto - Web Hosting?--------thank you.i wish that host 's mysql will runs more time than free webhost.guangdian

2. You don't need a credit card to work with paypal

 

3. You can send money to paypal from all over the world by credit card, direct bank transfer (Money from your bank account to paypal)
