Yes yes. It's called a "Note" you know, like a sticky "note" haha. Only Admins/mods are aloud to use it. Other members can use it, but you'll be warned if you do . So don't try it!

it is made by the mods, you are not able to do that, it appears when you make something wrong, like wrong forum, or something like that
