Fill out the form (it opens in a new window, so look for it under other windows if you don't see it right away). Submit. The script spits out a pre-formatted forum post. Copy it and paste it into a new topic in the hosting forum. Make sure you copy the title, description, and body into the topic submission form. Submit your topic, and then an admin will be notified, and just wait a little bit for it to be processed. The pages I linked to have links you should check out if you have more questions. See ya.
