by Interested, what makes files in Rar green or blue ?Making Winrar Archives

I am a registered user of WinRar and have googled for years to find out why some Rar archives I get have their files with "green" or "blue" text.  They are not password protected, Rar Info shows nothing out of the ordinary, but the file text is green, or some times blue.  It is not often I get archives with the file text colored, but it drives me crazy not knowing why.  What are people doing to make them green or blue, and what settings can I use to do the same ?

 BTW, the files extract fine and have normal attributes and the file letters are normal black once out of the archive. Curious, Dave.
