Try a border, and with the text, don't outerglow so much. Maybe change the colour of the glow, or change the size. Right now it looks too "default" like

I don't know how to make borders, if you could tell me how I'd appretiate it. Text is the thing I'm struggling on, I've been trying pixel art though. I've made a really neat looking image;

 

 

I started with a layer of my custom pixel art, and then added clouds and liguifide them. Then I added another layer of my pixel art finaly. I know it's a little dark, I keep forgetting to change the bg, lol. It looks kinda matrixy. Haha.
