I beleive the lang is french. I would love to design a site like that. If you search enough you can find template that look that professional and you can customize them how ever you like. But its hard to find one that looks that good tho and if you do they are not free. But if you have the ability to create something that nice i think they deserve to be paid for it.

a neat homepage ..i found it quite attractive and everything is goodthe theme of the homepage is quite dark in color but this makes the graphic sharper .. nice contrast !very eye-catching

I understand french but most of people don't, so, it's a good idea to put some links for translation into english and maybe to some other languages.Good website. The colors are ok.Carpe diem.
