Yup, same problem with me. But everything seems good in cpanel.And the same question, should i re-request a new freehosting account?

So has anyone who actually sent an email to them regarding account reset successfully get rid of the "Forbidden" error?

Not so far. But it hasnt even been 24 hours yet. We'll have to hope and see but any comments from the administration would be appreciated.

If you change the permissions of your public_html on cpanel, it's possible to have access to your site. It works, as I've tried myself... though I've already send a mail to reset my account. No prob, actually. :)
