  1. Topics with large number of replies and views tell you something about the forum. That could be how knowledgeable the contributors are in that particular topic or what they are interested in. That also could tell you how cooperative the members of that forum are.But what about topics with zero replies? Topics that are written by members of good reputation who I have no doubts about the good quality of what they write and have over 100 views but with zero replies.What I'm suggesting is that we shouldn't leave topics unanswered for long. If the topic is written by a member who is seeking a solution for a certain problem then someone with good knowledge should give a solution. If the topic is written by a new member it will make a big difference if someone gives a kind of supportive feedback to encourage the new member to write more.Action: Assign roles to senior members according to their interests and skills to follow up on forums assigned to them and make sure that there are no topics with zero replies.
