  1. Yeah, I heard about those chinese exploiters on my RSS feed. Anyways, I almost never use Internet Explorer because it is the worst browser ever. What is horrible is that a majority of the people who surf the web use Internet Explorer. They should switch to Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc. All of those are better than MSIE.
  2. Thank you everyone! I really appreciate your time in reviewing my blog. This helps me so much. I am going to try to stay on a single topic. I shall also do some research on search engine optimization. That was some really good advice all of you gave me!
  3. Thank you. Do you have any suggestions on content for my blog that?will?make people come back for more?
  4. Cashcrate DOES pay but it takes a while. To speed to the process, one can download a plugin called roboform which autofills out information. I advise people NOT to enter their real email addresses as it will be a bit nasty when you look at your inbox. I don't really like the sites because they are repetitive, boring, and have low pay. Although these kind of sites have a very low pay, gamers who play WoW, Runescape or any game that requires a monthly fee, this may help them.Truly, I think that it is great for a little side money if you have a lot of active referrals so you don't have to do a thing. Other than that, I do not recommend wasting your time on sites like this.
  5. Haha, thanks akira550! I started learning C++ with "C++ Primer Plus" by Stephen Prata. I think you might be able to find an e-book of it online somewhere. If not, you can go here https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/visual-studio-express/ . This is also a great book. If you need any help, feel free to message me.
  6. Hi evilsmiley25. Ummm.. I have coded mainly console programs. About a year ago, I would develop programs that would help me finish my Algebra homework because I was too lazy to find the mean, median, mode, etc. I have a plethora of little programs for different problems (if i can find it). I am not able to touch the programs with GUIs.
  7. I have a blog: http://error404.000webhost.com/? and I was wondering if you trappers could help me by reviewing me and honestly tell me what you think of it. I have always wondered what other people thought of my blog. Personally, I think it always looks good but that is because it's mine. Anyways, take a look at my blog, read some articles, etc. Tell me how good/bad the content is, layout, theme, etc. Thanks~! Remember, Honesty ROCKS! Truth Rules. I won't take anything offensively so tell me what you really think. I love criticism.
  8. I heard from some article that the Google OS can boot up in 4 seconds. Google Chrome is open-source and was built to work exclusively with web applications. This operating system is fast but was probably built to test software. Web developers will probably have their computer multi-boot Google OS.This may be great for notebooks and laptops though. Most people use their notebooks to surf the web so this operating system will be perfect for it. I doubt that the OS will be for gaming or any of those activities that require lots of memory. Since it is not Windows or Linux, there won't be as many processes running in the background to slow down the computer. I have a 9" Asus Notebook that can barely run Windows + AV because of the processes.
  9. It is possible to make money online but the process is extremely tedious depending on which method you use to make money online. There are GPT websites that pay you to take surveys, sign-up, click on ads, etc. but it is a slow paced way to make money. Few of these sites are legit and actually pay so you have to do your research to see which sites pay (look for testimonials). To increase the rate, you can refer people to the website. There are other ways to make money such as writing articles for associated content or triond. You can also setup your own website and put ads on them. CPA/CPM networks will pay you for anyone who clicks on these ads. You will need a high traffic flow into your website though. Affiliate marketing is basically referring people to take a look at products. If the referral purchases the product, you earn $$$. Earning money to play games is extremely hard to do. Moola pays you to play fast-paced games with other players. When you sign-up, you are given a penny. With that penny, you play other players (double or nothing). If you lose that penny, you will be refunded with another penny. If you win, you get twice the amount you wagered. If you double a penny 30 times, it becomes a million dollars but the chances of winning 30 times in a row are very slim.Yuwie is like another facebook/myspace. It pays you to socialize! Well.. not really. Yuwie pays you when people visit your page, when you visit other pages, etc. The pay rate is really low. People won't bother to take a look at your page unless you post some things such as blog posts, pictures, etc. This is also a very slow way to make money online.
  10. Command prompt programs are called console programs. Usually, teachers and books have students learn by creating these console programs before creating what is called Win32 programming. Console programs can be considered building blocks that help you learn. Demonstrating code in Windows programming will result in hundreds of lines of code making it hard to follow. Console programs are easy for beginners. If you really want to create develop programs that do not run in the command prompt, you have to:1) Keep learning C++ until you are able to start developing Win32 programs2) Switch to Visual BASICIf you want to learn how to make games with a programming language. You can learn Python and then download the Panda3D game engine. Python is one of the easiest programming languages to learn. Toontown and Pirates of the Caribbean Online by Disney are both programmed in Python and Panda3D.
  11. Thanks, so basically I need to wait for to link and when it links, I will be credited for the posts I have already posted?
  12. Thanks!I was wondering if once you signed up for the Xisto billing account, how long would it take for the myCENT thing to appear on the forums. I do not know if it is instant or not so I don't know if I am doing it right or wrong.
  13. Hi everyone! ?My name is Nelson (14 y/o) and I joined this forum to get free hosting. So far, this looks very promising. ?I looked over the topics and saw that there are many things that interest me. I did look at several posts and registered at the billing page with the?same email I used to sign up here. ? I started a blog about 2 weeks ago and I hope to turn it into a top-level domain. ?You can see it here: http://error404.000webhost.com/?. ?I have received many comments from my friends on facebook saying that I am very knowledgeable at a young age. Am I? I am a hobbyist C++ programmer but every since school started, I have not found the time to learn more so I just play around with it here and then. I won't say that I am proficient but I understand the fundamentals which include data types, arrays, pointers, etc. ?I haven't gone into OOP (object-oriented programming) but I hope to get there someday. No more technical talk. ?I love music! ?I play the violin, piano, flute, and guitar. My two main instruments are the violin (almost 6 years) and piano (3 years self-taught). My favorite music includes pop, classical music (not Bach/Beethoven, but "Yiruma-type" stuff), and some techno depending on the artist. I hope I get to meet a lot of you! ?
