  1. My account upgrade was approved and when I was trying to upgrade from process page - thats what came out:Verfied..Upgrading..There were problems creating your account! Please Contact Administrator.Printing Debug InformationEnd of Debug info..Please report the above information to AdministratorAny suggestions?

  2. Here are some arguments in favour of Viewsonic, which to my opinion is the best choice in this situation:1. Well-recommended and time-proved brand.2. Excellent quality of lcd matrix and pixels.3. Very good terms of warranty and broken pixels.4. Fastest available matrix response (4ms).About dell - nothing special, except "big" name and hight price.Between I'm using a Samsung LCD right now and it's pretty good, but still the only reason I bought it - it's a lot cheaper than Viewsonic.

  3. My recommendation is to buy a graphics card, and the best one I could find according to the price and speed is XFX GeForce 7800GT PCi-E which can also work in SLi mode. But if you have pretty high budget you might think about switching to 939 socket and buying a new motherboard supporting SLi. About your RAM - if it's not overclocking, it doesn't mean it's bad or anything, just to let you know you might be lucky enough to overclock some OCZ RAM with heatsinks, but if its some noname without heatsink - don't expect too much.

  4. Lately got some information about quake 4 from a person that actually played the game. About graphics, more of a doom 3 but added some vechicles and special effects. The sad part is that the game miserably lagging on GeForce 6600GT on medium settings, which is not good news for people with middle-end systems willing to play the game :/

  5. I've seen my friend playing that game and I enjoyed watching those amazing graphics and pretty interesting plot. This game has variety of places and some nice nature scenes. The only one mystery was - why the game refused to run on highest settings ion AMD 3000+, 1Gb of RAM and ASUS6800GT?

  6. I started using photoshop since version 5.0 and to tell you the truth the most important changes were made since version 6.0. Currently I started using a trial version of photoshop 9.0 CS2 and I really like it. It got more organized interface, a little more of features and I not I enjoy working with brushes even more. The only one thing that kind of odd and I still found no answer on it - when I launch Firefox mozilla and adobe photoshop 9.0 CS2, my pc starts to freeze badly, and please notice it's not because of the pc I have, it is some kind of interaction of processes which causes my AMD 2000 to load up to 90 percent. If anyone found solutions or can recommend anything to reduce that - please post it.

  7. Every single deal in newegg online store is amazing. You can get a 7800GT from BFG under $360 and delivery is free. The only thing that really "sucks" about newegg, is that they don't deliver to Europe and Canada, and I can't believe they don't deliver to Canada! I live there and would dream of getting stuff from newegg, because here you have to pay big taxes and prices are kind of high, but when you order from newegg - you get cheapest high quality products + most of the time no taxes, depending on the state you live if it is US.

  8. I've heard that this game has some amazing effects, for example very realistic explosions, sparks and smoke after you shoot the wall etc. The only thing that worries me is that it runs at pretty low FPS even on high-end computers, like for examle on maximum resolution with maximum settings on a 7800GTX SLi system the game pulls out only 30FPS, sounds unrealistic but it is true.

  9. One of the games I would recommend for everyone is Mafia. This game was released about 3 years ago... but it still has features of the bestgame of the year which is worth to play. As for some of the major aspects of the game, it has very bright and detailed graphics, variety of characters and very interesting plot. Physical part of the game is pretty good too, there elements of objects interactions and more. Trust me, if you start playing the game and you pass couple of missions, nothing will stop you from beating the game till the end ^_^

  10. As for me the game is absolutely amazing. What else do you need other than wicked graphics, amazing plot and timeline, awesome characters, crazy drive and many other things that this game perfectly combined in itself. Besides as I mentioned before, even though the game has high-end graphical effects, it still runs pretty smooth on middle/low-end pcs which is a great contribution for creators.

  11. de_dust was originally made as a competitive map. Only couple of years ago it was taken away from tournaments and was completely replaced by dust2. By popularity de_aztec still beats de_dust/2 but it is still one of the most favoured maps in the game.Between I can't remember excatly the guy's name that created it but he is called the "genius" of mapping, he is the best and his creations can be seen in many other games other than cs.

  12. From my own experience - windows millenium is the biggest mistake ever made by microsoft. I had to install that os after my windows 98SE crashed and I had nothing except Windows Millenium cd, so I installed it.. Problems started when I was tring to install Direct X8.1, it would never let me do that. And as I was really int games I was desperate to fix the problem but nvere found a solution. Later on I've heard that I got a "glitchy" version of WinMe, so I tried it again, but no... The problem now was with drivers for motherboard which couldnt be recognized. After that accident I never tried win me again and never recommended it to my friends.

  13. It is always better to avoid questionable web sites and only use trusted web sites. Also switch from internet explorer to something less popular for creating viruses. Also if have special knowledge - use registry editing tools and you might avoid slow-down effects of anti-spyware tools ^_^

  14. I tried it long time ago, but noticed that if your internet is less than 1Mb - it takes really long to load the satellite images. Between anyone heard about the version of google earth that you need to pay for to get but it will let you see all the streets and cities in more details or something like that?
